Location: Noida Immediate JoinerRole Description The Academic Counselor will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, providing individualized academic and career guidance to students.

Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with course and program selection, and helping students understand academic requirements and progression options. The role involves collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to identify student needs, organizing informational sessions or workshops, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The Academic Counselor will also support students in setting realistic academic and career goals, monitor their progress, and refer them to appropriate resources or support services when needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners effectively.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and academic staff.Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to guide students on academic pathways and professional opportunities.Relevant experience in educational institutions, counseling centers, or student support services is beneficial.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment is essential.
