Staff Data Analyst (Power BI)

Job Descriptions:Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and management decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets and reports.Identify business issues, operational gaps, and opportunities through data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to support operational and strategic business needs.Conduct data analysis to support business planning, forecasting, performance evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.Automate recurring reports and data processes where applicable to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.Perform other data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned by management.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good understanding of data analysis methodologies and business intelligence concepts.Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.Experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations.Ability to communicate complex data and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Preferred Tools & Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets – Data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.SQL – Data querying, extraction, and database analysis.Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio – Dashboard development and data visualization.Python / R – Preferred for advanced data analysis, automation, and data processing.PowerPoint – Presenting data insights and analytical findings.Experience with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems is a plus.Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and ETL processes is an advantage.
