Staff Engineer-UI

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Staff Engineer who can build new features in Angular 21while also rolling up your sleeves on older code-refactoring legacy components, state management, and API integrations into patterns that actually scale.This is a full-time position based out of Kochi.Preferred Location Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule.Essential FunctionsBuild features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable Contribute to our Angular Material -> Zard UI migration Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications.Role and ResponsibilitiesPlay a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to single handedly own individual modules that are part of an enterprise suite of applicationsLead the design and solution for refactoring complex legacy codebasesPlay an important role in optimization across solution/architecture/codeLead technical conversations with non-engineering stakeholdersInfluence a positive team culture: raising the bar on quality, documentation, and shared ownershipDefine and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automationDesign, development of scalable enterprise grade applicationsScoping and breaking down large initiatives into iterative, shippable piecesReview code, share knowledge, and help shape how we build things going forward Strongly desirable - Having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issuesRequired Experience, Knowledge And Skills7-10 years in frontend/UI engineering Strong Angular 21 skills for: Signals, Signal Forms, standalone components, zoneless change detection NgRx and RxJS TailwindCSS and Sass, with a strong grasp of responsive design for mobile and desktop Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to build products that are designed to meet the demands of scale  Comfortable reading and refactoring complex legacy codebases Rich experience in optimization across solution/architecture/code Strongly desirable - Having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issues About Dodge Construction NetworkDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
