Staff Housing Shift Leader

S-HOTEL GROUP is looking for an experienced and responsible Staff Housing Shift Leader to join our team in Dubai.The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, proper room allocation, maintenance follow-up, employee welfare, and compliance with company housing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily staff housing operations .Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.Maintain room allocation, occupancy, check-in/check-out, and accommodation records.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper housekeeping standards.Report and follow up on maintenance issues until completion.Monitor accommodation facilities, furniture, equipment, and company assets.Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and other concerned departments.Handle employee accommodation concerns professionally and report any issues requiring management attention.Ensure compliance with company policies, accommodation rules, health and safety requirements.Prepare required housing reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant Staff Housing / Accommodation experience.Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.Experience in supervising staff and daily accommodation operations.Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Flexible to work shifts and respond to accommodation operational requirements.Good command of English.Qualified candidates may send their CV to Recruitment@s-hotelgroup.comPlease mention “Staff Housing Shift Leader” in the email subject line.
