Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A Washington, DC based FinTech company is searching for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their scaling team. Their product is one of the leading personal finance applications with millions of active users. They are looking for someone who can make high level technical decisions and comfortable with technical mentorship.Required- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Data Science- Expert level with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks- Comfortable architecting and building complex AI and ML features- Experience working on large scale consumer technology- Experience owning end to end development and implementation of ML and AI features- Strong communicationDesired- Experience with personalization and/or recommendationsPackage-Up to 260k base salary-Health, Dental, Vision-401k with match-PTO-Annual bonus
