Team members contribute directly to a welcoming environment that supports learning through play.Role Description The Staff Member role at Mini Builders Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Hawally. In this role, the team member guides and supervises children in play zones, ensuring safe and engaging activities with construction-themed tools and equipment. The Staff Member welcomes families, explains activities, and supports children as they build, explore, and role-play. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, organizing play materials, and monitoring equipment for proper use. The role also involves assisting with activity scheduling, supporting special events or group visits, and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive, energetic atmosphere.Qualifications Ability to engage positively with children, support group activities, and encourage teamwork and creativity.Strong customer service skills to interact courteously with families, answer questions, and provide clear guidance.Attention to safety and cleanliness, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain a secure play environment.Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Reliability and flexibility to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Experience in childcare, education, hospitality, or entertainment settings is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, move equipment safely, and respond quickly to children’s needs.High school diploma or equivalent; further training in early childhood, education, or recreation is a plus.
