Senior / Staff ML Compiler EngineerLocation: Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) / PermanentWe're seeking a Senior / Staff ML Compiler Engineer to develop and optimize compiler technologies for next-generation AI processors. You'll work closely with hardware, architecture, and AI teams to maximize performance through compiler optimization, runtime development, and hardware/software co-design.Required Qualifications:BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience (Senior) or 10+ years (Staff) in compiler engineering.Strong programming skills in C/C++.Deep expertise with compiler technologies such as LLVM, MLIR, TVM, XLA, GCC, or custom compiler frameworks.Experience with compiler backend development, code generation, optimization passes, runtime systems, and performance profiling.Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory systems, instruction scheduling, register allocation, and low-level performance optimization.
