We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to drive development of a core mobile product while helping shape architecture and engineering standards across multiple product lines.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Build and deliver high-quality mobile features using React Native and TypeScript.• Design scalable, reusable architectures and state management solutions.• Establish mobile engineering standards and mentor internal and contractor teams.• Introduce AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity.• Partner with QA and DevOps to strengthen automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes.WHAT YOU BRING• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with deep React Native and TypeScript expertise.• Strong Swift and/or Kotlin skills for native development and optimization.• Proven experience delivering complex mobile applications in fast-paced environments.• Ability to balance hands-on execution with technical leadership and mentorship.• Practical experience using AI coding tools or LLM workflows.TECH STACK: React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, React, Azure, C#, JavaScript, Snowflake, SQL, Redux/Zustand.
