We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team. In this role, you will initially play a hands-on role in sterile compounding and flow production oversight within our Cleanroom environment, working alongside and supporting Verification Pharmacists. As our facility expands, this position will transition toward a greater focus on overall flow production oversight and quality assurance.This is an exceptional direct-hire opportunity for a passionate pharmacist—including recent PharmD graduates looking to build a career in sterile compounding and 503B outsourcing operations.Key Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsSterile Compounding & Cleanroom Operations: Active participation in cleanroom processes, assisting with compounding operations, batching, and supporting Verification Pharmacists to meet daily volume demands.Flow Production Support: Assist in overseeing daily batch workflows, ensuring high-throughput operations maintain strict compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and FDA 503B regulatory standards.Verification & Compliance: Verify raw materials, calculations, in-process compounding, and final drug products for accuracy, sterility, and quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy technicians and compounding staff to maintain seamless workflow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Future Leadership: Adapt as the role evolves to take on increased responsibility in production oversight, quality management, and process optimization.Why You’ll Love Working HereFirm Hours: First Shift (M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Second Shift (M - TH 1:00 PM -11:30 PM)Direct-Hire Stability: Permanent role with competitive base compensationBonus Potential: Eligible for performance-driven quarterly bonus incentives.Career Growth: Join a fast-growing compounding organization offering long-term career advancement opportunities.Attire: Business casual (uniform provided for cleanroom operations).
