Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays (1–2x/month), 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Closed Sundays & Major Holidays

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, licensed Staff Pharmacist to oversee daily LTC pharmacy operations, clinical drug monitoring, order verification, and technician supervision in a quiet, non-retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

Salary Range: $124,800.00 – $135,200.00 / yearOrder Entry & Verification: Verify transcribed orders, perform data entry audits, and manage patient medication profiles.Product Verification: Conduct final product verification (PB2) prior to delivery.Clinical Monitoring: Evaluate drug therapy for safety, interactions, appropriate dosing, and cost optimization.Team Supervision: Lead and support a team of 4 full-time pharmacy technicians while ensuring compliance and controlled substance tracking.

Requirements
