Guided by ethical medical practice, patient-centered care, and modern clinical technology, the hospital has treated over 48,000 patients.Role Description: The Pharmacist role at Dorika Hospital is a full-time, on-site position based in Tezpur. The responsibilities are as follows: Dispensing medications accurately, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Counseling patients and caregivers on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage, as well as collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, checking for expired or recalled medications, and maintaining proper documentation and records. Contribute to quality assurance activities, participate in clinical audits where required, and support continuous improvement of pharmacy services and patient safety.Qualifications:Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and a valid registration with the appropriate pharmacyMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospital information systems, pharmacy management software and MS Excel.Job Location: Tezpur, Assam
