You will navigate ambiguous environments, influence architecture, and turn complex requirements into reliable product outcomes. We are looking for an artificial intelligence native builder who uses modern software tools as part of their daily workflow to accelerate design, prototype quickly, improve code quality, and deliver strong end to end outcomes.Discover the responsibilitiesLead the design and development of core platform services, APIs, frontend applications, dashboards, and internal toolsBuild full stack solutions across backend systems, user experiences, workflow logic, and integrationsUse modern productivity tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, prototyping, and deliveryDesign orchestration and workflow logic across services, vendors, business processes, and external systemsDrive integration architecture with third party platforms, enterprise systems, identity providers, financial systems, and external servicesPartner closely with product, design, security, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsThink end to end across product, user experience, architecture, delivery, operations, and long term maintainabilityDefine and improve engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, observability, security, and operational excellenceMentor engineers and help raise the team’s artificial intelligence native engineering practicesContribute to long term platform strategy including build versus buy decisions, extensibility, and maintainabilityDiscover the requirementsEight or more years of software engineering experience with strong experience building and operating production systemsExperience working at senior or staff level on complex distributed platformsStrong full stack engineering background across backend systems and frontend applicationsStrong backend development experience in one or more languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.jsExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similarDeep experience with service oriented or microservices based architecturesStrong understanding of API design, event driven systems, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems patternsHands on experience integrating with third party systems and external APIs in reliable, secure, and scalable waysExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP along with containerized deployment patternsStrong understanding of security, reliability, resilience, observability, and performance at scaleAbility to use artificial intelligence tools effectively as part of the software development lifecycleStrong product sense and ability to think beyond assigned tickets toward customer outcomes, platform value, and business impactAbility to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, make sound architectural tradeoffs, and operate with high ownership and accountabilityExperience building artificial intelligence assisted or enabled products, developer tools, internal platforms, agentic workflows, or automation systems is preferredExperience using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Lovable, Replit, or similar is a plusExperience in regulated domains such as fintech, digital platforms, enterprise software, or other compliance sensitive environments is beneficialExperience with workflow and orchestration engines such as Temporal, Zeebe, Camunda, or similar is preferred
