180-200k / Remote / NYC Area / React & TypescriptRole OverviewWe're seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader and front-end architecture anchor across our web applications. You'll drive delivery for a core product while helping define standards, architectures, and best practices across the broader front-end ecosystem.What You'll DoDesign, build, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade web applications using React and TypeScript.Architect reusable component libraries, design systems, and front-end frameworks.Establish standards for performance, accessibility, testing, state management, and application architecture.Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.Partner with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Platform teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Leverage GenAI and Agentic AI tools to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery.What We're Looking For8+ years of front-end engineering experience.Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience building large-scale web applications, design systems, and reusable component architectures.Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern front-end patterns.Proven ability to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and lead through hands-on execution.Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.Preferred ExperienceNext.js, SSR, and modern web architecturesMicro-frontendsGraphQL and REST APIsAzure and cloud-native applicationsCI/CD, observability, and front-end monitoringTechnology StackReact
