Job Overview – Staffing CoordinatorCompensation: $55,000 – $65,000/year

Location: New York, NYAtlantic Group is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our expanding Healthcare team in New York, NY.

In this role, you will coordinate the placement, scheduling, onboarding, and documentation of paraprofessionals, teacher aides, and classroom support staff across New York City. You will serve as a key candidate contact, provide responsive support throughout the hiring process, and partner with recruiters to meet high-volume staffing needs.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to exceptional customer service.Responsibilities as the Staffing Coordinator:Staffing Coordination: Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and candidate placements to support school-based staffing needs.Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates by providing timely communication, scheduling updates, and exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, onboarding documents, and recruiting activity within Bullhorn ATS and other staffing systems.Pipeline Support: Monitor candidate progress, track staffing priorities, and partner with recruiters to maintain active pipelines of qualified paraprofessionals and teacher aides.Administrative Support: Prepare reports, assist with recruiting projects, and support daily operations across the education staffing team.Qualifications for the Staffing Coordinator:Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or customer service in a fast-paced professional environment is required.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required, and experience with Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other applicant tracking systems is preferred.Skills & Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders are required.Application Notice: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
