About the RoleGuidex Group is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team in Bellflower, CA.We are looking for a proactive, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys connecting great candidates with the right opportunities.This position will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through placement, onboarding, and employee follow-up. You will work closely with candidates, temporary employees, clients, and our internal team to help meet daily and long-term staffing needs.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with staffing agency experience who is comfortable managing multiple job orders, recruiting with urgency, building candidate pipelines, and taking ownership of their recruiting desk.What You'll DoSource qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.Review resumes and applications for current openings.Conduct phone and in-person interviews.Actively source and engage candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.Match candidate skills, experience, availability, and qualifications with client requirements.Manage multiple job orders and recruiting priorities simultaneously.Submit qualified candidates to clients.Coordinate client interviews and candidate follow-up.Manage candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.Confirm employee start dates, schedules, reporting instructions, and assignment requirements.Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.Complete employee arrival calls, first-day check-ins, and ongoing assignment follow-up.Assist temporary employees with questions related to their assignments.Address attendance and performance concerns and document employee communications appropriately.Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in our ATS.Communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate activity, interviews, placements, and staffing needs.Promote open positions through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, and recruiting campaigns.Participate in client visits and safety walkthroughs when needed.Support additional recruiting, outreach, and branch growth initiatives.What We're Looking For3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.Staffing agency experience strongly preferred.Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple open positions.Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, light industrial, clerical, or related positions is highly desirable.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and proactively identifying candidates.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize changing staffing needs and work with urgency.Strong follow-through and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Avionté experience is a plus.Comfortable working with walk-in applicants and conducting onsite interviews.Work EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite position in our Bellflower office.The Recruiting Specialist will regularly assist walk-in applicants, conduct onsite interviews, communicate with candidates and employees by phone and text, and support the daily operations of a busy staffing office.Why Join Guidex Group?Guidex Group is a growing staffing organization focused on building strong partnerships with our clients while creating meaningful employment opportunities within the communities we serve.You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth, develop relationships with candidates and clients, and be part of a team where initiative, accountability, creativity, and great service are valued.Equal Employment OpportunityGuidex Group and CMSP Associates are equal opportunity employers.
