In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams and diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project objectives, and successful delivery of engineering initiatives. As a UAE National, you will bring valuable local insights and cultural understanding to stakeholder engagement efforts across our organization.Identify, map, and analyze stakeholders across engineering projects, assessing their interests, influence, and impact on project outcomesDevelop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project phases and organizational objectivesFacilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into accessible languageGather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements, feedback, and concerns, translating them into actionable technical specificationsMonitor stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycle and proactively address issues or escalationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and executionMaintain detailed stakeholder registers and engagement logs, tracking interactions and outcomesConduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, changes, and decisionsIdentify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and manage expectations during project transitions or changesProvide recommendations for process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and engagement metricsQualificationsProven experience in stakeholder management, engagement, or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projectsStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiencesProficiency in project management methodologies and familiarity with project lifecycle managementExperience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teamsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneouslyKnowledge of engineering principles and technical project environmentsExperience in conflict resolution and change managementProficiency in documentation and data analysis toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems or stakeholder management platformsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred)Experience working in the UAE or Middle Eastern business environment (preferred)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsAdditional InformationMust have a valid UAE Family Book
