Albawani is known for its strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, holding several international ISO certifications and a Class-1 contractor ranking in Saudi Arabia.Job Title: Stakeholder ManagerDepartment: Stakeholder ManagementRole Purpose: Manage project-level stakeholder coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and relevant third parties to support project delivery, facilitate approvals, resolve stakeholder-related issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings, and follow-up actions.Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and third parties.Ensure timely communication of stakeholder requirements and project updates.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document outcomes and action items.Follow up on permits, NOCs, approvals, and access requirements.Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure project-related approvals.Track approval statuses and ensure timely resolution of pending requirements.Maintain records of approvals and regulatory correspondence.Maintain stakeholder registers and engagement trackers.Coordinate stakeholder requirements with project teams and departments.Support resolution of stakeholder concerns and operational issues.Escalate critical stakeholder matters to management when necessary.Identify stakeholder-related risks and potential project impacts.Support implementation of mitigation actions and follow-up plans.Prepare periodic stakeholder reports and status updates.Monitor stakeholder commitments and follow-up actions.Maintain stakeholder records, correspondence, and documentation.Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of stakeholder-related information.Support project audits and reporting requirements.Maintain stakeholder databases and tracking systems.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. 8–10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in construction projects. Good communication, coordination, negotiation and reporting skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
