Our team focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and business-focused technology solutions. Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced StarPi Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development and Strapi CMS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Strapi, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, API development, and databases and will be responsible for developing scalable and secure backend solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain applications using Strapi CMS.Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.Create and customize Strapi content types, components, APIs, roles, permissions, and plugins.Integrate Strapi with frontend applications and third-party services.Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.Optimize API performance and database queries.Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business teams.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.Use Git for version control and follow development best practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.Support production deployments and resolve technical issues when required.Required Skills3–5 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Strapi CMS.Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and API integrations.Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Experience with Strapi content types, components, relations, lifecycle hooks, roles, and permissions.Understanding of JWT/OAuth and API security.Good knowledge of Git and version-control practices.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Good to HaveExperience with React.js or Next.js.Knowledge of GraphQL.Experience with Docker.Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Redis and caching.Experience developing custom Strapi plugins.Understanding of microservices architecture.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
