Our partner is looking for a Stars Program Delivery Lead based in the United States.This role leads strategic population health initiatives designed to improve outcomes for defined member populations.You will translate complex healthcare data and quality metrics into actionable strategies and measurable programs.The position combines strategic planning, program management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement in a quality-focused healthcare environment.You will identify health risks, disparities, and care gaps while developing initiatives that support improved outcomes and resource utilization.A significant part of the role involves monitoring initiative performance and translating findings into clear reporting for senior leadership.You will work across member- and provider-facing teams, influencing decisions and building alignment around quality improvement priorities.The role offers the opportunity to shape large-scale healthcare initiatives and contribute to Medicare quality performance through evidence-based strategy and execution.AccountabilitiesDesign and implement population health initiatives addressing health risks, health disparities, and gaps in care across defined populations. Analyze population-level data, healthcare metrics, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic priorities. Develop evidence-based strategies and programs that support improved health outcomes, quality performance, and effective resource utilization. Establish appropriate measures for evaluating program effectiveness and adjust strategies based on results and emerging insights. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across member- and provider-facing functions to improve performance among targeted populations. Lead program execution by establishing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives. Monitor initiative performance and develop detailed operational reporting that provides a holistic view of progress, risks, and opportunities. Translate complex analytics into clear narratives, recommendations, and executive-level summaries for senior quality leadership. Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders toward aligned decisions and sustainable improvements. Adapt strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs, healthcare trends, and program performance. Contribute to broader quality initiatives supporting healthcare outcomes and the member and provider experience. Requirements8+ years of experience developing and implementing business, operational, clinical, or population health strategies. Strong experience evaluating complex data, identifying meaningful insights, developing data-driven recommendations, and communicating findings through compelling business narratives. Demonstrated ability to interpret analytics and translate quantitative information into practical strategies and measurable actions. Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, healthcare, clinical operations, population health, or a related field. Strong program management capabilities, including prioritization, execution, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively in both written and verbal formats. Strong influencing and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive alignment without relying solely on direct authority. Strategic decision-making skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities. A master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience within healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or CMS Stars programs is preferred. A strong analytics background is advantageous. Agile or product management certification is a plus. For remote work, reliable internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds is required, along with a dedicated workspace suitable for protecting confidential member and HIPAA-related information. Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. BenefitsCompetitive annual base salary of $115,200–$158,400, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
