This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in bringing new clinical trials to life while working alongside experienced clinical research professionals, investigators, sponsors and healthcare providers.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing complex processes and have a passion for improving health outcomes through research, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Start-Up Associate, you will support the establishment and activation of new clinical trials across ACTT's commercial research portfolio. Working closely with our Start-Up Specialists and Regulatory team, you will assist with regulatory submissions, contracts, budgets, study documentation, feasibility activities, recruitment planning and clinical trial management systems.You will be a key contributor to ensuring studies are set up efficiently and compliantly, helping trial teams transition successfully from study start-up to participant recruitment and trial delivery.We're Looking For Someone Who Has:A Master's degree in a health, medical or scientific disciplineExcellent organisational and administrative skillstrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and a quality-focused mindsetConfidence using a range of information systems and technology platformsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesA collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the clinical trials sectorPrevious experience in clinical trial start-up, research administration or the health system in New Zealand would be advantageous.Why Join ACTT?At ACTT, our purpose is to improve the health of all New Zealanders by expanding access to world-class clinical trials.
