Our goal is to help development teams build powerful AI search tools and assistants in days instead of weeks.About the RoleWe are looking for a business-minded Co-Founder and CEO to join bicardinal and lead the company's business development and growth.You will work closely with the technical team, take ownership of the business side, and help turn our technology into a successful company. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should understand the basics of AI and be comfortable working with a deep tech team.What You Will Do

• Develop the business strategy and growth plan.
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development.
• Find and build relationships with potential customers and strategic partners.
• Pitch bicardinal to customers, partners, and investors.
• Build a strong network within the Finnish and international AI ecosystems.
• Lead the team, make strategic decisions, and prepare the company for its next stage of growth.What We Are Looking ForMust Have
• Fluent business English. Finnish language skills are a plus.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or building business relationships.
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
• Confidence in representing the company in person and building relationships with customers, partners, and investors.
• Based in Finland or willing to relocate there.
• A founder mindset, with the motivation and commitment to build a company from the ground up.Nice to Have
• An existing network in the Finnish AI and startup ecosystems.
• A basic understanding of AI and deep tech technologies.
• Previous experience working at or building an early stage startup.Equity and Compensation
• Equity: 20% ownership as a co-founder.
• Initial compensation: One year of sweat equity, meaning the role is unpaid during this period.
• Future compensation: Salary will depend on the company's ability to generate revenue or secure pre-seed investment.
• If needed, support may be available to explore the possibility of obtaining a Finnish startup visa.
