Jio is inviting application for the role State Corporate Service ManagerRequirements Education: M.A/ M.B.A/ Masters in Corporate WellnessExperience: 05-10Job DescriptionManage day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, front office, workplace upkeep, and administration.Manage facility vendors, contracts, SLAs, renewals, performance, and cost optimization.Oversee critical MEP infrastructure including HVAC, UPS, DG, transformers, electrical systems, and preventive/predictive maintenance.Ensure fire & life safety, emergency preparedness, safety drills, and compliance with applicable regulations.Ensure statutory compliance including Fire NOC, labour laws, safety requirements, audits, and documentation.Implement and manage CAFM systems, automation, maintenance tracking, asset management, energy monitoring, and real-time dashboards.Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, billing, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure an effective workplace experience and timely resolution of escalations.Drive operational excellence, infrastructure uptime, service quality, safety, and efficiency across the facility.Lead facility teams and outsourced manpower, including performance management, training, and continuous improvement.Key Skills:Facility Management & OperationsMEP & Infrastructure ManagementVendor & Contract ManagementFire & Safety / Statutory ComplianceOPEX & CAPEX Budget ManagementCAFM & Facility AutomationTeam & Stakeholder Management
