Company Introduction Khan Home Digital Solutions (KHD) supports Khan Home Group (KHG) through digital marketing, creative content, technology and digital operations. We are seeking a Static Graphics & UI/UX Designer (Associate) to create brand-consistent visual assets and usable digital interfaces, supporting KHD’s creative delivery and the wider Group’s marketing, online presence and business growth. 3. Job Location KHD Office, Sector C, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad 4. Work Mode On-site | Full-time | 9AM - 6PM | Monday - Friday 5. Key Responsibilities

• Create static assets for social media, paid advertising, websites and presentations, following approved briefs and brand guidelines.
• Research competitor creative, platform formats, audience preferences and UX references; explain how findings inform design choices.
• Produce campaign layouts, banners, carousels, thumbnails and reusable templates with clear typography, visual hierarchy and consistent branding.
• Adapt creative for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, checking dimensions, safe zones and text legibility across formats.
• Develop user journeys, user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to establish page structure and functionality before detailed interface design.
• Translate agreed wireframes into responsive web/mobile layouts and clickable prototypes, incorporating feedback through documented revisions.
• Prepare reusable UI components, design specifications and annotations to support accurate developer hand-offs.
• Work with content colleagues on copy hierarchy, SMM/PPC colleagues on campaign assets and the motion designer on shared production elements.
• Review implemented interfaces with developers, identifying differences from approved designs and recommending corrections.
• Check visual consistency, responsive behaviour, accessibility-aware legibility and export quality before submission.
• Maintain organised editable files, version histories, licensed assets and complete export packs, delivering drafts and revisions to agreed deadlines. 6. Requirements & Qualifications Must-Haves:
• At least 1 year of hands-on agency experience involving direct client communication.
• A portfolio demonstrating both static graphic design and web/app interface work, with your personal contribution clearly identified.
• Demonstrated experience preparing creative formats for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Practical competence in layout, grids, typography, colour, brand consistency and vector/raster asset preparation.
• Working proficiency in Figma or an equivalent prototyping tool, including wireframes, responsive layouts and clickable prototypes.
• Competence in at least one suitable graphics production editor, with evidence of working across relevant free/freemium tools.
• Ability to interpret client briefs, explain design decisions, incorporate revisions and prepare accurate exports and developer hand-offs.
• Organised file management and careful attention to usability, visual quality and deadlines. Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with Figma component libraries and design systems.
• Developer hand-off experience and familiarity with accessibility-aware interface design.
• Landing-page conversion design, responsive prototyping or user-testing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva Pro.
• Familiarity with Penpot, Photopea, GIMP, Inkscape, Krita or InDesign where relevant.
• Presentation design experience.
• Relevant graphic or interaction design education or short courses. 7.
