Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage steel fixing teams on high-rise construction sites.Coordinate daily steel fixing activities and allocate tasks to team members.Read and understand structural drawings, reinforcement details, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).Ensure reinforcement works for columns, beams, slabs, walls, core walls, foundations, and other structural elements are completed accurately.Monitor bar sizes, spacing, laps, anchorage, concrete cover, and fixing requirements.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, Surveyors, and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.Ensure all reinforcement works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.Conduct pre-inspection checks before consultant/client inspection and concrete pouring.Monitor manpower productivity and ensure work progresses according to the construction schedule.Maintain strict compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.Lead, guide, and train steel fixing teams to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Requirements
