Team members join a dynamic environment where educational innovation and continuous improvement are core values.Role Description The STEM & Educational Robotics Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pallíni. The educator designs and delivers engaging STEM and robotics lessons for learners of different age groups, using educational technology and hands-on activities to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, guiding learners through projects and challenges, and assessing learning outcomes. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to align content with curriculum objectives, participating in professional development, and contributing ideas for new STEM and robotics programs. The educator is expected to create an inclusive classroom environment, support learner motivation, and communicate regularly with coordinators and, where relevant, families or guardians about learner progress.Qualifications Solid background in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering STEM or robotics-related learning activities.Strong Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, hands-on sessions aligned with learning objectives.Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse age groups.Experience with STEM education tools and educational robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Education, Arduino, micro:bit, or similar) is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a teaching qualification or certification is an asset.Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered environments and manage classrooms in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner.Comfort with using educational technology, basic programming concepts, and digital resources to enhance learning.Strong organizational skills, reliability in an on-site setting in Pallíni, and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
