The team is committed to redefining how young learners experience STEM education by combining pedagogy, technology, and interactive design.Role Description The STEM Curriculum Developer is a on-site role based in Alex. The role involves designing age-appropriate STEM curricula for learners across multiple grade levels, aligning content with educational standards and Armstrong’s interactive e-learning format. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson sequences, creating learning objectives, developing activities and assessments, and collaborating with designers and engineers to translate curriculum into engaging digital experiences. The STEM Curriculum Developer will review and update existing content, conduct research on best practices in STEM education, and ensure that all materials support creativity, inclusivity, and diverse learning needs. The role also includes ongoing collaboration with educators and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the platform’s learning resources.QualificationsAbility to design effective STEM learning experiences, with strong skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design.Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and age-appropriate instructional materials.Proficiency in Research to stay current with STEM education trends, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum standards.Background in STEM disciplines (e.g., science, engineering, mathematics, or technology) and familiarity with K–12 education frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, STEM field, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.Experience developing curricula or learning content for digital or e-learning environments is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Suez with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered design that supports diverse abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles.
