Trainer to deliver engaging STEM, robotics, coding, and technology-based learning activities for students across different ages and ability levels.The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, creative, patient, and able to transform complex concepts into practical, age-appropriate learning experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging STEM, robotics, coding, engineering, and technology lessons.Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, projects, challenges, experiments, and practical activities.Teach students fundamental concepts in robotics, programming, electronics, engineering, mathematics, and computational thinking.Guide students through robotics projects from planning and design to programming, testing, troubleshooting, and presentation.Introduce students to programming concepts using appropriate languages and platforms.Support hands-on learning through robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, electronics, and other educational technology.Encourage students to develop creativity, logical reasoning, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Adapt lessons and activities to different ages, abilities, learning styles, and technical experience.Provide clear demonstrations and explanations of technical concepts.Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate learning records and assessment notes.Provide constructive feedback on student projects, coding exercises, presentations, and technical work.Help students troubleshoot programming, hardware, design, and engineering problems.Encourage students to test ideas, learn from failures, and improve their solutions.Organize robotics challenges, STEM competitions, project showcases, demonstrations, and technology events where applicable.Prepare and maintain lesson materials, robotics kits, equipment, software, and digital resources.Ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately during practical activities.Introduce students to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, IoT, 3D printing, or computer vision where appropriate.Support students with project research, technical documentation, presentations, and demonstrations.Use online learning platforms and virtual tools to deliver remote STEM instruction where applicable.Communicate professionally with students, parents, guardians, teachers, and education coordinators.Provide regular progress updates and recommendations for continued learning.Participate in curriculum planning, instructor meetings, training, and professional-development activities.Maintain confidentiality of student records and personal information.Continuously research new STEM tools, robotics platforms, educational technologies, and teaching methods.Contribute ideas for improving STEM programs, project-based learning, and student engagement.Follow educational, safeguarding, health, safety, equipment, and organizational policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM Education, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in STEM education, robotics training, coding instruction, engineering education, or a related technical role is preferred.Strong understanding of robotics, programming, engineering principles, and STEM education.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong teaching, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of experience.Experience with robotics platforms such as LEGO Education, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, micro:bit, or similar systems is advantageous.Programming knowledge in Python, Scratch, JavaScript, C/C++, or other educational programming languages is advantageous.Experience with sensors, motors, electronics, automation, or basic mechanical design is advantageous.Experience preparing students for robotics or STEM competitions is highly advantageous.Knowledge of AI, IoT, 3D printing, CAD, computer vision, or emerging technologies is advantageous.Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, LMS platforms, or other digital teaching tools is advantageous.UAE or GCC education experience is advantageous.Teaching, STEM, robotics, engineering, or technology certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working opportunities
