The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging lessons, simplify technical concepts for children, and create an interactive learning environment that supports students’ learning and development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lessons to students and monitor their progress.Use appropriate teaching techniques, learning materials, and assessments.Prepare and maintain daily lesson plans and learning objectives for each class.Explain complex Electronics and STEM concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning needs.Provide individual guidance and support to students as required.Communicate professionally and courteously with students, parents, and colleagues.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsA degree in Electronics or a related discipline.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Telugu.Ability to handle students from different age groups.Familiarity with Zoom and Google tools.Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and child-friendly manner.A passion for teaching, Electronics, and STEM education.Previous experience as a teacher or tutor is an added advantage.What We OfferOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.A friendly and collaborative team environment.The opportunity to contribute to engaging, practical STEM education for children.Join LMES Academy and help make science and technology exciting, accessible, and meaningful for young learners.
