Stewarding Manager | Ultra-Luxury Private Members’ Club | DubaiAn exciting opportunity to join one of Dubai’s most exclusive private members’ clubs, where exceptional service, discretion and attention to detail come together.We are looking for an experienced Stewarding Manager to oversee the club’s stewarding and cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and operational efficiency across the club.What We’re Looking ForProven experience managing stewarding or kitchen stewarding teams within luxury hotels, private members’ clubs or high-end hospitality environments.Experience overseeing Kitchen Porters, Stewards and HK teams.Strong understanding of luxury service standards, cleanliness and hygiene.Excellent people management and communication skills.Ability to manage staffing levels, attendance, performance and daily operations.Strong attention to detail with a hands-on and professional approach.Experience working with outsourcing companies and managing service delivery.Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.Luxury hospitality experience is essential.Join an exceptional team and help shape the operational standards of one of Dubai’s most refined new private members’ clubs.
