Stock Assistant - CHANEL

In a demanding and constantly changing environment, the Stock Assistant contributes to the effective management of the Boutique's stock. He or she demonstrates great professionalism and contributes to making CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury. Combining a keen sense of customer service, a pronounced team spirit and a strong results orientation, the Stock Assistant contributes to optimising the shop's results in line with the House's commercial and image strategy. Working directly with the Operations Manager, he or she will do everything possible to facilitate work on the sales floor, so that the best possible service is offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

He or she manages and organizes stock activities: reception and control of deliveries, management of customer reservations, obsolete items, follow-up of invoices and packaging, re-labelling of products, organization of salesHe or she is responsible for the proper conduct and results of inventories in accordance with procedures: rotating inventories by product family and the annual inventory, as well as the inventory of remote stockHe or she makes proposals to the management to optimize operational processes, make improvements to the supply system and logistics organizationHe or she regularly carries out stock analyses to provide input for optimizationHe or she develops and runs Morning Briefs when requiredYour Profile:Previous experience in same role within luxury fashionInventory management professional with strong technical skillsOrganized, rigorous, analytical and synthetic skillsAble to adapt to a constantly changing environmentAble to deal with emergencies and solution-orientedA strong sense of customer serviceGood computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Strong English language skills (written and spoken)Fashion sensitivity and intercultural awareness
