ALDO Group continues to advance its sustainability efforts, offering team members the opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organization.Role Description The Stock Associate (Call It Spring) is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, ON. This role is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling and placement of products. The Stock Associate supports inventory control by performing regular stock counts, monitoring product levels, and assisting with transfers and returns. Day-to-day tasks include preparing merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining a clean and safe stockroom environment, and following company procedures for shipping, receiving, and loss prevention. The Stock Associate may also assist the sales team by locating items, replenishing displays, and providing occasional customer support during peak periods.Qualifications Strong shipping and receiving skills, including handling deliveries, verifying orders, and organizing incoming and outgoing merchandise.Experience with inventory control and retail loss prevention, with the ability to follow procedures that maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with team members and occasionally support customers on the sales floor.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail when managing stock.Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, moving boxes, and standing for extended periods in the stockroom.Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and processing stock-related documentation.Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset, especially in footwear or fashion.Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
