As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our lighting design capability and seeking an experienced professional to drive technical excellence, design quality, and team development.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on and organized Stock Control Clerk to manage warehouse inventory across our lighting and interiors product ranges. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing stock movements, and supporting reliable order fulfilment across our sales channels.Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stock in/out processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all locations and sales channels
- Reconcile physical stock levels with system records and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to ensure stock availability aligns with online listings and order fulfilment
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Manage goods-in inspections, supplier returns, and damaged or obsolete stock
- Maintain warehouse layout and stock organization for efficient space utilization
- Prepare stock reports, aging analysis, and reorder recommendations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across warehouse operations
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to align stock levels with demand and lead timesCandidate Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Experience with Zoho Inventory/CRM or a similar ERP/inventory management system
- Experience managing stock across multiple sales channels, including online and project-based sales
- Strong understanding of stock accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
- Experience with barcode/scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lighting, interiors, building materials, or similar product categories is an advantagePreferred Qualifications
- Qualification in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with warehouse equipment or forklift certification is an advantageWhat We Offer
