The organization is committed to maintaining a financially sustainable innovation pipeline that creates value across the supply chain.Role Description The Stock Controller is expected to oversee storage locations inside and outside their outlet ensuring ingredient safekeeping, to apply FSM standards correctly at all times while monitoring stock movement, to prepare purchase orders, oversee receiving, storage, transfers, physical handling and dispatch, etc. and to maintain an objective business relationship with vendors. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Stock Control and Stock Management skills for handling day-to-day inventory operations.Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and support stock audits.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and management teams.Relevant experience in stock or inventory management within the food and beverage or FMCG sector is beneficial.Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office (especially Excel) is preferred.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment are important.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
