We are opening a new branch at Granada Mall.Job summary We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Granada Mall branch — driving sales, leading the team, delivering premium customer service, and managing stock, cash and store operations to ONVOG and mall standards.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed branch sales targets and KPIs.Lead, coach and schedule the store team and build a high-performing service culture.Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience and grow repeat/VIP business.Manage visual merchandising and product presentation, including feature displays.Manage inventory and stock control via Odoo POS; maintain size availability and stock accuracy.Oversee receiving, transfers and stocktakes; minimise shrinkage.Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, banking and POS.Coordinate same-day Riyadh delivery and online-order fulfilment.Ensure opening/closing, security, health & safety and mall compliance.Requirements3–5 years' retail experience, including 2+ years in a management/supervisory role (footwear/fashion/premium retail preferred).Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.Retail POS/inventory experience (Odoo an advantage).Knowledge of, or passion for, sneakers/streetwear and EU sizing.Bilingual Arabic and English.Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.How to apply: Send your CV to care@onvog.com with the subject line "Store Manager — Granada Mall".
