The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory of electrical materials and accessories. Responsibilities include assisting customers and walk-in clients, preparing orders for dispatch, coordinating with the online sales and logistics teams, and ensuring accurate stock records and labeling. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe store environment, handling basic documentation, and supporting periodic stock checks and audits. The Store Assistant will work closely with colleagues to ensure timely order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills and basic product knowledge to assist with in-store inquiries and support order preparation.Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure orderly store operations.Candidates should possess Training capabilities or a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and product ranges.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or POS systems are beneficial.Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or electrical materials trading is an advantage.Ability to lift and move goods safely, follow health and safety guidelines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
