Store Associate (Multi Tasker)

JOB TITLEStore Associate | MAF Retail | Retail Discount UAEROLE SUMMARYThe Store Associate is a non-management multitasking role with a Central Cash Office, Commercial and Receiving scope.The role holder is in charge of organizing shelf space in both the selling area & warehouse to ensure clean and presentable display. Respect the National Plan-o-gram. Maintain, organize and control the resources required to satisfy customers and achieve target. Support Centeral Cashier Office, Receiving and Customer Service when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, replenish, and merchandise products according to company standards and planograms.Ensure shelves are clean, organized, fully stocked, and correctly priced and labeled.Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, damaged, or near-expiry products.Support inventory and stock management activities to maintain product availability.Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a high level of customer service.Support receiving and back-store operations while following company procedures and safety guidelines.Operate cash registers, scan products, process payments, and pack customer purchases efficiently.Perform cash handling, reconciliation, and security procedures accurately while maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational standards across the store and warehouse areas.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.6 to 12 months of experience in retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, customer service, cashiering, or stock handling.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and customer service skills.Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support store operations.
