BARISTA — APRIL STOREWe are looking for a Barista to join the team at the April Store in Copenhagen.The April Store is an extension of how we think about coffee. Every coffee is prepared individually, with a focus on quality, consistency and attention to detail. We want the experience in the store to reflect the same standards we apply to sourcing, roasting and developing our products.As a Barista, you will be part of the daily service and responsible for creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and professional experience for everyone who visits us.THE ROLE— Prepare and serve coffee according to April recipes and standards— Deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout the day— Communicate clearly about our coffees, partner producers and products— Maintain a clean, organised and considered workspace— Take responsibility for opening, closing and daily store routines— Work closely with the rest of the April Store team— Participate in tastings, training and ongoing coffee education— Represent April and our approach to hospitalityWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who is curious, reliable and enjoys working with people.Previous specialty coffee experience is an advantage, but it is not the most important thing. One of the positions are available from the 1st of October. The starting salary is 140 kr / hour during the tree month trial period and will be raised according to performance after the period.
