Store In-Charge

Position: Store In-ChargeExperience: 1–2 years in the manufacturing industryERP Knowledge: Will be an added advantageSalary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales team regarding customer requirements and orders.Communicate customer requirements to Operations through Work Orders (W.O.).Plan raw material requirements based on orders and production requirements.Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.Verify and confirm receipt of imported materials.Coordinate outsourcing activities, including plating/coating when required.Handle locally purchased materials and coordinate inspection with the Quality team.Manage rejected incoming materials and follow up with Purchase for disposition.Handle container planning and coordinate packing and dispatch activities.Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed for material movement.Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer complaint resolution.Ensure adherence to delivery commitments.Identify training requirements for departmental personnel.Arrange packing resources according to customer requirements and dispatch plans.Coordinate with PPC/Planning for packing and dispatch.Coordinate with Store Assistants for stock maintenance and material issuance.Maintain 5S and good housekeeping within the area of responsibility.Address risks and opportunities related to the QMS and relevant internal/external issues.Maintain all required departmental records and documentation.📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to hr@clmet.com
