Store keeper - Restaurant & Catering

The Store Keeper – Restaurant & Catering is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality storekeeping.This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries, ensuring all food, beverage, and supply items are stored correctly and safely. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and materials. The Store Keeper will also assist with periodic stock audits, support compliance with health and safety standards, and communicate effectively with management regarding inventory needs and discrepancies.QualificationsPrevious experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality storekeeping.Ability to perform Packing tasks efficiently, including organizing and preparing items for restaurant and catering operations.Strong Inventory Control skills, including tracking stock levels, monitoring usage, and reporting variances.Experience in Inventory Management, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing stock rotation.Competence in Unloading deliveries safely and accurately, with attention to product quality and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including standing, lifting, and moving stock as required.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams.Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
