Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations ManagementOversee daily operations across all stores area to ensure smooth and efficient execution.Monitor store operational standards, receiving, stock movement, and product handling processEnsure all stores comply with company SOP, safety regulations, and operational policies.Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and productivity across stores.Coordinate with warehouse and related teams regarding stock availability and operational support.Prepare regular operational and performance reports.Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and related teams to resolve operational issues.Support implementation of company initiatives, projects, and operational improvements.Handle operational issues and provide quick problem-solving support for stores.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably in supermarket, grocery, FMCG, or retail industry.Experienced in managing multiple stores or leading operational teams.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good analytical thinking and operational management capability.Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
