قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Store Manager to lead Manhattan‑based art‑supply and gift retail store. This role holds full P&L accountability for the location, owning end‑to‑end store operations, sales performance, team leadership, inventory management, visual merchandising and customer experience. The store features a custom‑framing department, serving artists, students, educators and hobbyists across New York City.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Financial PerformanceOwn full‑store P&L, deliver against sales, profitability and shrink‑control targets. Monitor weekly / monthly financial reports and implement corrective actions to hit business goals.Oversee day‑to‑day store opening, closing procedures, safety compliance, loss‑prevention and cash‑management protocols.Manage inventory lifecycle: receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, stock accuracy, and inventory shrink mitigation.Oversee daily operations of the custom‑framing department, ensure service quality, workflow efficiency and customer consultation standards.Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising across sales floor.Sales & Customer ExperienceDrive sales growth and customer loyalty by executing in‑store strategies, coaching team on product knowledge and customer service best practices.Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and timely. Deliver high‑quality service for art‑supply shoppers, creators and gift‑buying customers.Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, coach and develop in‑store retail team including associates, key holders and shift leads.Conduct performance feedback, foster positive, respectful team culture, improve staff retention.Lead by example on sales floor; work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays as required.Required Qualifications‑ Minimum 3+ years full‑cycle Store Manager / General Manager experience in specialty retail.‑ Direct P&L ownership experience for a physical retail location.‑ Proven track record leading retail teams, hiring, training and performance management.‑ Working knowledge of retail inventory, shrink control, POS systems.‑ Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.‑ Reside in or able to commute reliably to Manhattan, New York.Preferred Qualifications‑ Direct experience within art‑supply, custom‑framing, stationery or gift retail (Blick Art Materials, Michaels, Paper Source, Utrecht Art Supplies, McNally Jackson or comparable brands highly preferred).‑ Familiar with custom‑framing department workflows and customer consultations.‑ Personal passion for art, creative materials, stationery and gifts.‑ Experience working in high‑volume Manhattan / NYC retail environment.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance‑based bonus.
