Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our International Footwear Client's new store opening in Dubai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales and operational goals, all while upholding brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies and proceduresLead and supervise the store team, providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedbackImplement company sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targetsEnsure a high standard of customer service and address customer concerns promptlyMonitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize lossesExecute visual merchandising and in-store displays according to company guidelinesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security regulationsPrepare and submit required reports and store documentationCollaborate with regional management to ensure store objectives are metRequirementsPrevious experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role, ideally in fashion or footwearStrong leadership and team supervision skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficiency with POS systems and retail operationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsFluency in English (spoken and written) is requiredArabic will be plusFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
