We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEStore Manager | MAF Retail | Hypermarket KuwaitROLE SUMMARYThe Store Manager - Hypermarket is responsible for leading all store operations to achieve sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures effective stock management, compliance with company standards, people development, and the successful execution of commercial strategies while driving continuous business growth.ROLE PROFILELead and execute hypermarket operational and commercial strategies in alignment with company objectives.Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining cost control within approved budgets.Monitor commercial performance through data analysis and implement corrective actions to improve results.Oversee inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage reduction initiatives.Ensure pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards are implemented according to company guidelines.Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, hygiene, safety, and security.Develop, coach, and manage department managers and store teams to enhance performance and succession planning.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within hypermarkets or large-format retail.Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in driving sales and profitability.Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
