Role Description The Owner at PPA | Professional Padel Association is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bursa, Türkiye. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, financial performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring the association’s growth and sustainability within the professional padel community. Daily responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing budgets, supervising key staff, and maintaining relationships with athletes, partners, sponsors, and local authorities. The role involves guiding marketing and event initiatives, monitoring member and audience engagement, and ensuring that all activities align with regulatory requirements and association standards. The Owner also leads long-term planning, evaluates new business opportunities, and fosters a positive, inclusive culture across the organization.Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing teams, budgets, and strategic initiatives.Proven business development and partnership-building abilities, ideally within sports, events, or related industries.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the association to sponsors, media, and stakeholders.Experience in sports management, event organization, or club/facility operations is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Bursa, Türkiye and maintain a hands-on presence for day-to-day operations.Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in fast-paced environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Commitment to fostering an inclusive, professional, and safety-focused environment for staff, athletes, and members.
