Store Manager | EdinburghWe are supporting the appointment of a Store Manager for an established luxury brand, with responsibility for both a boutique and concession in Edinburgh. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, building high-performing teams and driving the continued growth of the business across both locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the teams across both locations, creating a positive, motivated and high-performing cultureDrive an exceptional level of client service, building long-term relationships and customer loyaltyTake ownership of commercial performance, identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop the businessUse KPIs and commercial insight to drive performance and deliver against agreed objectivesDevelop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationshipsCoach and develop individuals, supporting progression and building a strong succession pipelineEnsure the brand experience is consistently delivered across both the boutique and concessionBuild strong relationships with internal teams, concession partners and other key stakeholdersRepresent the brand locally and identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and business growthCandidate ProfileProven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior retail managerStrong background in luxury or premium retailA genuine passion for delivering outstanding client serviceAn experienced people leader with a track record of building and developing successful teamsCommercially driven, with a strong understanding of business development and sales growthConfident managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and commercial partnersEnergetic, hands-on and entrepreneurial in approachOfferingSalary circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.MBO bonusExcellent benefits packageOpportunity to lead a dual-site operation for an established luxury brand in Edinburgh
