You will be responsible for implementing the retail plan, ensuring omnichannel service standards are met, and that your team is supported, developed, and empowered. You will play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining compliance, and protecting the integrity of the store, team, and brand.Role Responsibilities:Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, Brand-aligned behaviour, and a positive attitude.Ensure the store consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience that reflects brand values.Lead, coach and inspire the entire store team, including Assistant Manager, Team Leads and crew.
