The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. This role leads and coaches the store team, sets performance expectations, and ensures that customer service standards are consistently met. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and supports loss prevention practices to protect company assets. The position also involves scheduling, staff training, performance feedback, and maintaining a clean, organized store that reflects MINISO’s brand standards.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating a welcoming shopping experience.Effective Communication abilities for guiding team members, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with management and cross-functional partners.Demonstrated Store Management experience in a retail environment, including supervising staff, managing operations, and driving sales results.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to enforce policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.Additional beneficial qualifications: prior leadership experience in specialty or fast-paced retail, proficiency with POS and basic computer systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
