This includes analysing sales performance, identifying trends and commercial opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve the store’s overall performance and profitability.Responsibilities include ensuring that the team consistently exceeds customer expectations, follows the brand’s established selling standards, handles complaints effectively, and develops strong client relationships. The Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining the luxury image and standards of the brand.In addition, the role involves overall operational management, including stock takes, inventory accuracy, stock control, health and safety, security, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and retail standards. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the team, delivering an exceptional client experience, and overseeing day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in the UAE luxury fashion market, with a strong understanding of the local retail landscape and customer expectations. Experience managing multiple store locations across the UAE would be highly advantageous, along with a proven track record of driving sales, turnover, and profitability.The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of luxury retail, fashion trends, customer demand, and be confident in managing P&Ls, budgets, and overall sales performance. The candidate will have strong experience in leading and developing teams, with a hands-on approach to recruitment, training, performance management, and day-to-day people matters.
