Store Manager

• Previous experience in a supervisory or store management role, preferably within the food & beverage or coffee industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Responsibility, consistency, and professionalism
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for excellent service
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environmentKey Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store
• Lead, organise, and support the store team
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Ensure compliance with Kawacom’s operational and quality standards
• Organise staff schedules and manage the team effectively
• Monitor stock levels and operational needs
• Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and presented to the highest standard
• Contribute to achieving operational and commercial targets
