We are partnering with an established international premium fashion brand to appoint a Store Manager for its London business.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys having real ownership of their store rather than simply following a set formula.The business operates with a highly entrepreneurial mindset. Store leaders are encouraged to think commercially, make decisions, develop their teams and actively shape the performance of their business.You will take full ownership of the store, leading from the front to deliver strong commercial results while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.The RoleAs Store Manager, you will:Take full commercial ownership of the store, driving sales, profitability and performance.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.Create a strong sales culture centred around exceptional customer experience and relationship building.Use KPIs and commercial insight to identify opportunities and take action quickly.Develop a strong clienteling culture and build long-term relationships with customers.Recruit, develop and retain high-performing people.Maintain outstanding standards across product presentation, operations and brand execution.Understand the local London customer and identify opportunities to grow the store's business.Work closely with the wider leadership team while having the autonomy to run the store as your own business.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced retail leader from a premium, contemporary or luxury fashion environment who combines strong people leadership with genuine commercial instinct.You will ideally be someone who:Has previously managed a high-performing fashion retail store.Is commercially minded and confident working with KPIs.Enjoys coaching and developing teams.Understands premium customer service and clienteling.Is proactive, energetic and comfortable taking ownership.Thrives in an environment where ideas are encouraged and decisions can be made quickly.Wants the opportunity to develop their career within an international fashion business.This will particularly suit someone who feels restricted by heavily structured retail environments and wants the opportunity to have more influence, take greater ownership and make an impact.The OpportunityThis isn't a Store Manager position where you're simply there to execute instructions.The business wants its Store Managers to think like entrepreneurs — understanding their customer, knowing their market, developing their people and identifying ways to grow their business.For the right person, there is significant opportunity to develop as the brand continues to evolve and grow.
